CWB training is an excellent way for women interested in professional wrestling to learn the craft in an environment designed to help WOMEN.  So many wrestling schools exist and they all share one trait: They cater to the men and the females are not taught correctly.  This causes the women in the class to quit before they get started.  Many of the schools are rougher on women than they are the men  because they really don't care to teach women to wrestle because "its a man's sport."  These same companies charge exhorbitant amounts to train women, but when the ladies get to the class, they do everything they can to get them to quit and lose their non-refundable tuition.

Here at CWB, since we are a company owned by women, and here FOR the women, you will not have to deal with any of that nonsense.   Our training program is designed to speed you along your way to a wrestling career.  Our trainers will get you strong by having you do various strength building exercises and we will get you lean by having you do cardio work outs.  All of this will make you a better wrestler.

Techniques in the ring and all the wrestling knowledge you need to get started is provided to you in a clear, concise manner and special consideration is given to students who are either slow or fast learners.  It doesn't matter how quickly you learn the art of wrestling.  We will take you along the road to success every step of the way.  You will start out first learning all the basics and when you have mastered those skills, we will take you to the next step and so on.  Everything starts from simple basic moves and knowledge that will take you to the next step.  What may seem difficult at first look will become easy once we have started you out in our program.  Its all up to you how fast you learn.

We put emphasis on hold to hold, running the ropes, taking bumps, interaction with the crowd and everything you need to know. We give you all the information you need about booking yourself on shows, what to expect from various promoters, maintaining a business phone and an appointment book.  Costumes and wrestling characters are discussed and we will help you come up with a wrestling name that makes sense and will make you stand out from the crowd.  We teach you all aspects of the wrestling business, both inside and outside of the ring.

We train every Saturday unless we have a show scheduled that day.  Training during the week can be arranged if you call in advance and schedule it.  We have high expectations of our students.  You must show us you are dedicated to learning this craft by showing up to regular training sessions.  We understand people have challenges with their busy lifestyles, etc, but if you can't show up to training then how will you ever make it to shows?

CWB has a strict policy with regards to training and performing in shows.  All of our talent MUST TRAIN or you will not be allowed to work.   We want you to look and be your best when you get in the ring in front of a live crowd, so we will hold you to your promise to attend training.  Understand that when promoters from around the world call us looking for female wrestlers, we will only send out those we feel are ready.  Therefore it is in the best interest of each and every lady wrestler affiliated with us to maintain themselves in good physical condition, and in good practice.
